On exploration of self-belief and emotional well-being
Nurturing Confidence and Inner Strength

An enriching session organised by Prabha Khaitan Foundation, under its Muskaan initiative, brought together children for an engaging exploration of self-belief, emotional well-being, and the power of positive thinking. Designed to encourage confidence, resilience, and self-awareness, the workshop created a joyful space where young minds could learn, reflect, and express themselves freely.

Facilitated by Neha Budhia and Preeti Maroti, the session introduced participants to concepts such as faith, visualisation, affirmations, and emotional well-being through a series of interactive stories, breathing exercises, creative activities, and meaningful conversations. Through exercises like “box breathing,” “magic mirror affirmations,” and “mind movies,” children were encouraged to recognise their strengths, cultivate positive habits, and develop a deeper sense of self-confidence.

The workshop also featured visualisation-based drawing activities that allowed participants to translate their aspirations and imagination into creative expression. The enthusiasm and curiosity displayed by the children throughout the session transformed the workshop into a lively and inspiring experience, filled with learning, laughter, and discovery.

More than just an educational activity, the session served as a gentle reminder that confidence, courage, and positivity begin from within. By encouraging children to believe in themselves and embrace their unique potential, the workshop left participants with valuable tools for personal growth and emotional well-being.
