The Prabha Khaitan Foundation presented Recipe Rendezvous – The Culinary Chronicles, an extraordinary multi-city culinary experience featuring celebrated French pastry chef Gaël Clavière, Pastry Chef to the French Prime Minister and renowned as the “Dalí of Pastry” for his artistic approach to haute pâtisserie. Organised in association with Alliance Française du Bengale, the tour travelled across Bengaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi from 7–15 February 2026. The Bengaluru, Kolkata and Mumbai editions were hosted in collaboration with Taj Hotels Chambers, while the Delhi session was organised in partnership with The Park Hotel.
More than a showcase of culinary excellence, the tour celebrated the intersection of gastronomy, art and culture. Through engaging interactions and presentations, Clavière offered audiences a rare glimpse into the world of contemporary French pâtisserie, where technical mastery meets artistic imagination. The initiative also strengthened the longstanding cultural partnership between the Prabha Khaitan Foundation and Alliance Française du Bengale, reaffirming their shared commitment to fostering meaningful Indo-French cultural exchange through creative experiences. Culminating in four memorable evenings across India, the tour stood as a celebration of friendship, innovation and the universal language of cuisine.
