We believe that sustainable livelihoods are the key to dignity, independence, and inclusion. Through our livelihood initiatives, Prabha Khaitan Foundation equips women and specially – abled individuals with employable skills that open doors to economic independence and social mobility.

Our Prashikshan Kendras in rural India provide vocational training in tailoring, craftwork, and small enterprises, directly impacting women who seek financial self-reliance. We also enable specially – abled individuals to gain essential life skills and employment opportunities, especially within the hospitality sector.

Women’s Vocational Training

At Prabha Khaitan Foundation, we empower rural women by equipping them with vocational skills that lead to financial independence and self-reliance.
